Dr. Charles K. Bailey
Dr. Bailey attended the University of Texas, at San Antonio, and graduated with a degree in Biochemistry in 2004. Shortly afterward, he was accepted and started his Chiropractic studies at LIFE University in Marietta, GA, and graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2009. He has advanced training in Thompson, SOT, and Extremity Adjusting, and his favorite aspect of practice is seeing patients’ quality of life improve with chiropractic care. Since moving to Boone, he loves to spend his free time learning more about health and wellness to help improve patient’s overall mind, body and spirit.
Kyla Frederick
Kyla Frederick is an Administrative Assistant at Dr. Bailey Chiropractic! Always eager to learn, Kyla is known for being reliable, upbeat, and great with patients. She is excited to be part of an amazing team dedicated to helping others achieve overall wellness and live more balanced, fulfilling lives.
Kyla is currently studying Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Appalachian State University. Going into her senior year of undergrad, she plans to attend PA School.
Out of the office, Kyla enjoys playing lacrosse, going to concerts, and exploring the outdoors. She also loves spending quality time with friends and family whenever she gets the chance!
Abby Rhoades
Abby Rhoades is another friendly face you will see around the office, as a Certified Chiropractic Assistant! Abby helps out everyone in the office by taking patient notes, performing therapies, providing answers to questions regarding care plans, and checking out patients. Abby is currently enrolled at Appalachian State University working towards a degree in Kinesiology.
Abby is enjoying the opportunity to learn more about healthcare and chiropractic care while she finishes school. She is a quick learner and is great with patients.
Outside of work Abby enjoys playing pickleball, making coffee, and spending time with friends and family!
Emma Cooper
Emma Cooper is one of the welcoming faces you’ll meet in the office, supporting the team as an Administrative Assistant! Known for her friendly personality, strong work ethic, and dedication to helping others, Emma brings positivity to every patient interaction.
Emma is currently a junior at Appalachian State University, majoring in Public Health. Passionate about community well-being, she plans to pursue a Master’s in Public Health and build a career in healthcare administration where she hopes to make a positive impact on patient care and health systems.
When she’s not at work or in class, Emma loves spending her time outdoors hiking, trying new baking recipes, and enjoying a movie night in!
Molly Cummings
Molly Cummings is a senior at App State and is majoring in Child Development. She enjoys snowboarding and sports! Welcome Molly!
